Flagler Access Center

Description

The Flagler Access Center is an open door for education, screening, and connection to behavioral healthcare services in the area. SMA provides provide walk-in screenings, crisis response, care coordination, and linkage to mental health and substance use services at this new location, and expands to include individual and group therapy services in the very near future.
