We are a family ran company with certified personal trainers and nutritionist. We have been helping others become healthy and confidant for 9 years. Formally known as Team Lund training and Hancock Clan training. We operated inside a local gym in Albany, GA until we moved to Palm Coast. We love what we do and hope to continue helping others become healthy. We have many success stories from beauty pageant girls, teenagers in sports, to getting someone off diabetic meds or dropping 200 lbs of body fat. All ages and fitness levels.
